MTN Nigeria results released for the quarter ended 31 March 2024

MTN shareholders (Shareholders) are advised that MTN Nigeria has released its financial results for the
quarter-end to 31 March 2024, on the Nigeria Stock Exchange on 29 April 2024. As MTN Nigeria is a major
subsidiary of MTN, Shareholders are further advised that these financial results can be viewed at:

Shareholders are also advised that MTN Nigeria will hold an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) today, 30
April 2024. The purpose of the EGM is for MTN Nigeria to update its shareholders on possible measures for
addressing the negative equity position it has reported for the year ended December 2023.
